***FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE***

A podcast that joins the fight against childhood obesity

Sydney. December 14th. 2006

You're better off eating a Mars bar than one of those, so called, healthy muesli bars.

That's what the Australian Consumers magazine Choice has said. They did an extensive
a test on muesli bars and what they've found should be of concern to everyone...
especially parents.

This story is covered in one of the regular podcasts now being made available from
three different websites...all of them aimed at parents around the world.

The "Fresh Tastes for Healthy Kids" podcasts are all about getting kids away from
that junk food they love and showing them how healthy food can also be very tasty
while being good for them. A specially designed recipe with this in mind is featured
each episode.

A sports trainer also makes a regular appearance suggesting various sports that kids
can have fun with while keeping them active.

The podcasts, which can be subscribed to, downloaded and saved, or listened to on
the computer, are sponsored by the Fresh Express Group who provide healthy food to
school canteen and tuck shops. http://www.freshexpress.com.au

CEO of the Fresh Express Group Graeme Logan said: \"We are proud to be associated
with these podcasts as they fit in neatly with our mission to provide fresh and
healthy foods to school kids and to encourage parents to do the same."

Recent podcasts have also featured the fact that, in many countries, internet games
which promote sugary snacks to children are beyond the reach of advertising codes
aimed at reducing childhood obesity.

Other topics covered are...the mandatory nutrition information that appears on
processed foods is often inaccurate and misleading and a junk food ad crackdown
announced in the UK, where junk food ads during TV programmes targeted at under-16s
will be banned under rules put forward by regulators.

The "Fresh Tastes for Healthy Kids" podcast is available at www.freshexpress.com.au or
www.freshnfast.co.nz and www.boostdigitalkids.com which is an online radio station
for kids 2 - 5 years old.

All three sites have now undergone a complete redesign and feature an attractive and
easily navigated contemporary look.
